What are your payment methods?

I currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Credit Card.

When will you ship my order?

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that my small business is a one human show so it can fluctuate depending on my workload. After sending your order on its journey it’s all up to Deutsche Post/DHL and your country’s postal system. All orders are tracked!

Can you send my order to my loved ones and add a gift note?

Double yes! If you want to send your order directly to your loved ones as a gift just type in their address as the shipping address. For an additional gift note, please write your message in the additional information formula at the checkout, select "YES" at is this a gift? and I'll use my magic to make a handwritten note out of it. ☺︎

Help please! Where is my order?

Don’t panic, all orders are tracked. You’ll receive an e-mail with your tracking number when your order is shipped. For letter mail go on the Deutsche Post website and type in your tracking number, for parcel mail go on the DHL website.

COMMON DELIVERY TIMES:

  • Germany: 1-3 working days.
  • European Union: 2-8 working days.
  • Everywhere else: 1.5-3 months.

Please contact me about your order after the following amount of time has passed:

  • Germany: after 14 working days.
  • European Union: after 3 weeks.
  • Everywhere else: after 2.5 months.

You can send me an e-mail via my contact page. Please include your full name, ordered items and order number (you can find it in your "order confirmed" mail marked with a #). Thank you for your patience. ♡

What about custom fees?

Unfortunately there is a small chance that your order will get charged VAT depending on where you're living. Please be aware of your country's custom charges, because I'm not responsible for them and don't cover custom fees. If you already made your purchase and don't want to pay the VAT, your order should be sent back to me automatically and I can give you a refund (minus the shipping costs). If you're unsure about your country's custom fees, please contact your local post office.

Help please! Why can't I select my country?

Either your country isn’t listed, because I’m currently not able to ship to your destination or your country simply isn’t listed in my shop yet. In both cases, send me an e-mail via my contact page and I’ll do my best to figure out if I can add you to my shipping zone.
